Cask Tradition

A UK first, they think, and a return to time honoured tradition. Chiltern Brewery launch their seasonal draught, 300’s Old Ale in wooden casks

For those in the know the actual brew was launched with style, panache and renowned Chiltern Brewery warmth by Richard Jenkinson, founder and father to Tom and George who now run the family business, just a few days ago, whilst the Cooper was making his finishing touches to the casks. The 300’s Old Ale will now be stored and served from the new wooden casks which are made from oak in the traditional way.

Enjoy the beer in The Farmers’ Bar at The King’s Head, Market Square, Aylesbury, Bucks HP20 2RW and savour the tradition.
